Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists so that one customer's behaviour cannot degrade the service, the security or the reputation of everyone else's.

1. Prohibited use
You must not use the Platform to:
- break the law, or facilitate anyone else breaking it;
- store or transmit material that infringes intellectual property, breaches confidence, or is defamatory, harassing or unlawfully discriminatory;
- store or transmit malware, or anything designed to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to a system;
- send unsolicited bulk commercial messages;
- process special-category personal data, payment card numbers or government identity numbers, which the Platform is not designed to hold;
- attempt to access another organisation's workspace, or any data you have not been granted access to;
- probe, scan or test the security of the Platform without our prior written permission, other than reporting a vulnerability you discover incidentally;
- circumvent rate limits, quotas or licensed user counts, including by sharing credentials;
- use automated means to extract data at a volume or rate that degrades the service for others.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep credentials confidential and unique to each individual.
- Grant permissions on a least-privilege basis, and remove access when someone leaves.
- Revoke API keys that are no longer in use.
- Tell us promptly at security@manzilone.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Ensure the content you upload is lawful and that you may lawfully process it.
3. Enforcement
Where we can, we will contact you and ask you to resolve the problem. Where the risk to the service, to other customers or to third parties is immediate, we may suspend the affected account or feature first and explain afterwards. Repeated or serious breach is grounds for termination under the Terms of Service.
If you believe content in a workspace breaches this policy or your rights, tell us at legal@manzilone.com with enough detail to identify it, and we will investigate.
4. Responsible disclosure
We welcome security reports. Send them to security@manzilone.com. Please give us a reasonable period to remediate before disclosing publicly, do not access or modify data belonging to anyone else, and do not run tests that degrade the service. We will not pursue action against researchers who act in good faith within those bounds.
